Michael Rohrbach established Rohrbach Real Estate Co. in 1973 shortly after becoming a Real Estate broker and has been leading the company ever since with his attention to detail and a warm friendly attitude.  He started out selling Real Estate and expanded to include Property Management and has now established a full service company that represents sellers, buyers and investors while providing maintenance work and hauling.   Mike has been integrally involved with helping Lancaster grow as well and is a long time member and past president of Lancaster AMBUCS.  AMBUCS is a non-profit service organization consisting of a dynamic group of men and women who are dedicated to creating mobility and independence for people with disabilities.  Contact C. Prior to joining Rohrbach Real Estate in 2002, I worked for a law firm where I gained significant knowledge about real estate and contracts. I moved to Lancaster in 1979, to escape the economic depression of my hometown. I have lived and worked in Lancaster since that move. I am presently working towards earning my Broker’s License and CRS certification. I presently hold a SRES designation. My Golden Rule for selling real estate is to treat my clients exactly as I would want to be treated when making a purchase. This simple rule is the reason I have so many return friends. You begin as clients and soon become Friends. All of my clients will receive my personal attention and my experience. As a Seller’s Agent, I strive to sell your property at the best price the market will allow. As a Buyer’s Agent my goal is to be sure you are happy with your purchase and you will come back to me when you are ready to sell your greatest asset. I have been a member of American Business Club (AMBUCS) since 2008. I was the first women president of this organization and served a two year term. I continue to serve as a board member.
